I stayed at JW Marriott for one night and everything was more than perfect. The staff were kind and showed us everything upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious, and fancy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the room, gym, and swimming pool were also great. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hanoi. I was impressed by the value for money that I received. The prices were very reasonable and the hotel offered great amenities. I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, from the electrically controlled curtains to the separate bedroom with a nice view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my every need was met. The breakfast served by the chef was absolutely delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available.

It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more visible signage throughout the hotel. As someone with a bit of trouble remembering directions, it would have been helpful to have clearer signs directing me to different areas of the hotel.

Great breakfast with a lot of choices, including fresh fruits and pastries. The view from the restaurant was amazing! The employees were friendly and helpful - they even helped me book a taxi to see the fireworks display. The hotel's gym is one of the best I have seen in a long time - clean, with top-notch equipment.

This hotel truly provides a luxurious stay. The Spa & wellness centre boasts an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, as well as various treatments, such as full body massages and body wraps. Sun loungers and a garden area surround the outdoor swimming pool, making it a perfect spot to relax. The restaurant serves delicious dinner with various menu options, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for cocktails. The private facilities in the rooms make the stay exclusive and unforgettable.

The only minor issue is the location, which is a bit far from the city centre. However, the hotel offers shuttle services to town and other local attractions, making transportation easy.
